Famous communication equipment Manufacture Corporation entered the China's communication market after China join in WTO. So our communication equipment Manufacture Corporation is facing the emergence global competition. In order to survive in the competitive market, using the purchasing alliances to enlarge the purchasing scale and getting more benefit is a good way to win-win. But the alliance is easy to make a problem of high communication cost, Opportunistic Behaviors, not controlled Production Schedule etc. So fully communication, clearer decision, suitable allocation methods are necessary for the alliance. And then, use the Information System and be leaded by the Trade Association is a good way to cooperate the member of the alliance.
