The ERP Study Of Medium And Small-Sized Enterprises And JK-MIS System Development

Medium and small-sized enterprises are possessed of important position in national economy. With the competition globalizing and the products customized according to the requirements of clients, medium and small-sized enterprises will be confronted with more and more larger challenges. Boosting the enterprise informationization has been the only road to survive and develop. EPR manifests the advanced enterprise administration theory and brings many new management ideas and ways to the traditional production and management system of our country. Currently, much ERP software, however, devised for the large-sized enterprises, is expensive and insufficient in nationalization so that a few medium and small-sized enterprises are subjected to fracture and failure. So, based on the study about characteristics of the Chinese medium and small-sized enterprises, developing the indeed ERP system meeting the demands of enterprises is important to promote the informationization construction and the development of national economy of our country.This dissertation was divided into two parts: theory study and example development. Theory study part mainly addressed that the existing problems, status quo and demand property of carrying out informationization in current medium and small-sized enterprises, analyzed the successful principles to ensure the informationization of medium and small-sized enterprises, and proposed the developing ideas about product and management informational system of enterprises based on the agile method.
