Study On The Motivation Mechanism For The XJ Petroleum Administration Bureau

The establishment of an effective motivation mechanism is the oil industry reform, one of the priorities, as China's petroleum enterprises to accelerate the process of restructuring enterprises increasingly clear property rights, the growing rationalization of the structure of property rights, the main responsibilities more clearly, corporate managers to effectively motivate staff demand is getting stronger. How to establish and improve the motivation system more scientific by entrepreneurs and managers attention. This restructuring of the state-owned oil companies formed after the XJP (short for XJ Petroleum Administration Bureau) for the study.This paper first motivation mechanism on the basis of the theory and study the status quo at home and abroad, for the XJP of the motivation mechanism for theoretical basis. Then, with the XJP production operations and human resources management features, recalled the enterprise motivation mechanism and operation of the historical process of enterprise motivation mechanism and the status of the existing problems with the intention of making the motivation mechanism XJP Reconstruction more continuity, reasonable, and feasible. This is a kind of useful attempt.At present many oil enterprise faced how to set up motivation mechanism. The thesis will offer them useful reference in petroleum industry motivation mechanism.
