This article introduces the developing history and the product of the Cris&Marcia corporation, and it summarizes the situation of jewelry industry both international and domestic China, then explored the developing direction of the jewelry industry in China. Then the author analyzed the strength,worse,opportunity,threaten of the Cris&Marcia corporation using the method of SWOT.Analyzed the environment of external and the circumstance of the internal in Cris&Marcia corporation, the author got the conclusion for corporation. That is, building the comprehensive brand stratagem including total service brand, design bran, payoff brand. turn to building the civil selling mode, which make customer be the center of the business flow ,such as information flow, decision-making flow, product flow. The article concluded a systemic selling terminal, which from both internal and external circumstance.
