This study is trying to find a operational solution based on the analysis of Hengshare Co. ltd, Peking's technology, team, services and products, marketing plans, also with Chinese investment consulting service industry and E-commercial. The solution should be a reasonable business plan to help companies like Hengshare who develop quantitive trading strategies and providing platform service wining in China.There is a huge market in Chinese investment consulting service industry, and there used to be huge need of the industry. Today the need was destroyed by lack of trust. The primary reason is: there is no any individual organization or government agency keeps tracking the service quality of the service providers.
