The problem of Banks queue has become the focus of social concern. Solving the problem of queue is the important issues. In the development of commercial banks. With the opening up of the banking industry, competition has become fiercer. If the queue is not effective to improve, the image and competitiveness of domestic commercial banks will be definitely affected, the key of solving the queuing is to improve the quality of services of commercial banks, which can achieve the goals of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and ultimately maximize profits of enterprise. Solve the problem of banks queue should consider three aspects comprehensively and systematically: customer, banks and the taffy.First of all we should fully informed by operating characteristics and quality of commercial banks. Secondly, it analysis the effect of queuing system state quantitatively by customers flow and staff efficiency. Lastly, the artic gives the measures to improve the service quality of banks queue.
