With China’s rapid economic development, strengthening of the financial awareness of citizens making a gradual increase in the demand for financial products. However, the Bank’s existing business model is unable to meet the rapid economic development. The rapid growth of the banking business in fact increase pressure for the counter. Fail to provide effective solutions to queuing problems will certainly affect the commercial bank’s brand image and core competitiveness. The key of solving this issue is to improve the quality of service of commercial banks, and to integrate the internal and external resources. As a result, the bank could achieve customer loyalty as well as employee satisfaction, eventually to maximize corporate profit. To solve the queuing problem, the bank must consider the overall planning of the bank itself and the employees. Moreover, the bank needs to have the full knowledge and understanding of the determinants of customer perceived quality of service.Through the use of queuing theory, how customer traffic and staff productivity affect the queuing system could be measured by queuing models of quantitative analysis.
