In recent years, China’s national economy has been maintained developingrapidly, and the financial industry is also continuously thriving. The businessactivities of bank have gradually involved into each one’s work and life. However,queuing problem of the bank service system is more and more obvious, whichseriously hinders the development of the domestic banking sector in China, andaffects everyone’s work and life. Especially in2007, our country join into the WTOcommitments, completely open to the domestic financial market, which makes ourdomestic bank must be alone with the great challenge of foreign Banks. The pressureof competition is unprecedented. Therefore, our country state-owned Banks will howto take effective countermeasures to solve the problems existing in itself, is clearabout its own advantages, and actively cope with external challenges and pressure,will become our exploration and researching them.From the current the domestic bank queuing problem situation of our country,this paper studied the present situation of the bank queuing problem, and analysis thereasons from subjective and objective two aspects. Then, select a state-owned bankas the research object, through the relevant data and material surveyed from the field.Queue model is applied to bank queuing service system, and establishes M/M/n/∞/∞queuing model of the bank service system. At the same time, selecting8minutes as the best waiting time of customers expectations, this paper mainly studiesthe rush hour of holidays and ordinary times and the best service window number is8and7table. And we conclude the best service window number of all periods.Finally, according to the empirical research of bank service system’s queuingmodel, this paper analyzes and gets the corrective actions of current banking systemqueuing problem by three aspects: shorten the service time, window quantityadjustment, service mode innovation.
