On this basis, propose that EG should outsource the cargo receiving, warehousing management and material distribution. Meanwhile, based on the trade feature of EG, propose that the best choice is to locate the warehouse under vendor management inventory inside the EG warehouse, and clearly propose the logistics routing, material property ownership and material document flow, etc. after improvement.This article analyzes the reason of risks generated through logistics business outsourcing, and propose the risk prevention from the aspects of third party service provider selection and quality control of the third party logistics service provider, thus establishing the sustainable and effective vendor management inventory mode under the third party logistics management so that EG's logistics management can be improved to a new level, making great contributions for the enterprise to break the existing difficulties.
