Study On Purchasing Management Of DY Smelting Corporation

With the development of socialist market economy and the seller's market transforming into buyer's market, the problems that how to choose the suitable suppliers, construct a steady cooperation alliance with them, reduce the purchasing cost, guarantee the success operating of purchasing department and improve competitiveness have become the realistic problems that the enterprise purchasing management has to face presently.On the basis of the conclusion of the supplier management theory, the purchasing organization theory and the purchasing process management theory, this thesis discusses the advantages of modern purchasing management in comparison with traditional purchasing management in purchasing organization, the control of purchasing process management, supplier management of DY Smelting Corporation according to the current situation and the characteristic in the purchasing management situation of DY Smelting Corporation, by ways of the contrast between two purchasing management models before and after the management system reform of DY Smelting Corporation, and points the insufficiency of the current purchasing management that purchasing organization, the control of purchasing process management and supplier management of DY Smelting Corporation have not fit the corporation's operation any longer and have affected the efficiency and effect in purchasing management of DY Smelting Corporation. Thereout, this thesis uses the business process reengineering theory, to raise the new purchasing organization and purchasing process of DY Smelting Corporation, to study management measures of different kinds of suppliers according to combining the actual situation of DY Smelting Corporation, and to design the ways of establishing cooperative partner relation with the suppliers of DY Smelting Corporation. At last it has looked into the development of supplier management of DY Smelting Corporation according to the marketing situation. This article is characterized by the standardization, utilization and workability of the purchasing management. It has revealed some new points and views about the improvement of purchasing management in efficiency, so as to have some reference function in raising the purchase management level of DY Corporation, also some reference function to others enterprises of colleague industries.
