The Design For The Enterprise Environmental Performance Evaluation General Indicators Under The Circular Economy

Circular economy has become today's mainstream economic type. Under this background, the enterprise values the environment management more and more important . With the enterprise environment multi-principle-agent relationship, it is not only the requirement from the stakeholders, but also the necessary of the enterprise's development to build up the enterprise environment performance evaluation indicator system. The purpose of building up the enterprise environment performance indicators system is to support the enterprise to make decision on the environment management and help the stakeholders to evaluate the enterprise's environment activities and supply some useful information for the Macro control of the environment for the nation.This article drawing lessons from the domestic and international relevant research on sustainable development performance indicators under the circular economy, make some related theories analysis, and try to build up the enterprise environment performance general indicators which are designed for all industries but not for some specific sector. using the eco-efficiency indicators to evaluate the enterprise environment performance .The eco-efficiency indicators constitute by financial indicators and ecology indicators .The article has built up five ecology indicators :the basic energy depletion, water depletion ,the global-warm-up material discharge ,the ozonosphere destroy material discharge ,the cost of the waste handle. and choose the added-value as the finance indicators .Combining the finance indicators with the ecology indicators ,we can get the five enterprise environment performance evaluation general indicators.
