| Along with continuous development of Chinese economy and increase in infrastructure construction investment, Chinese construction enterprises are experiencing a rapid development like being pushed out of a blowout. But at same time, the lack of resources has impeded them to attain their strategic objective. This thesis mainly discuses about how can a large construction enterprise improve its internal management in new marketing environment and adjust its strategy to integrate external resources in full utilization of subcontractors abilities to improve competitiveness of enterprise so as to occupy more market shares.First, this thesis looks into current contractor management status of some typical large construction enterprises to find out existing problems,with lots of the subcontractors but limited scale and poor management and technology ability, on the other hand, the qualified subcontractors are rare resources to construction enterprises. Second, this thesis finds out appropriate benchmark enterprise in same industry for comparison to study advantage of disadvantage of both, from the idea, principle and mode of subcontractor management, the procedure to qualify subcontract, the quality of key employee, training and the management module to subcontract by company and project department. Finally, this thesis comes into conclusion on subcontractor management modes that apply for development of current and future enterprises based on study results; present some concrete execution principles and methods; summarize actual execution process of sub-contractor management plan and conduct analysis on execution effect. |
