As project contractor, CG Company has a large number of subprojects in its construction process. Based on successful experiences in the same industry, CG Company has made remarkable achievements on subcontractor management. However, the problems of subcontractor management still exist in different degrees. Precisely based on above, this paper discusses the management programs of subcontractors in construction project in order to make its subcontractor management more standardized, programmed and normalized.Based on the discussion of subcontractor management theory research and application situation both home and abroad in the paper, the project construction subcontractor management status of CG Company was investigated by questionnaire survey method firstly, and the main problems of subcontractor management process are identified, which included subcontractor qualification examination is imperfect, subcontractor comprehensive ability evaluation is imperfect, subcontractor options imperfect, subcontractor quality supervision of construction process is not strictly, subcontractor schedule supervision of construction process is not strictly, and subcontractor dynamic management is imperfect. Secondly, by the problems of subcontractor qualification examination, subcontractor comprehensive ability evaluation and subcontractor options, the subcontractor qualification examination procedure is designed, the subcontractor comprehensive ability evaluation indexes are identified and determined, the model of subcontractor comprehensive ability phase evaluation and rank based on F-AHP method is builded, subcontractor selection procedure and bid evaluation options based on the principle of value engineering are designed. After that, by the problems of subcontractor quality supervision of construction process is not strictly, the procedure of quality supervision for construction preparation process, construction process, and complete process are designed by process method respectively, and the procedure of subcontractor quality supervision is formed. Again, by the problems of subcontractor schedule supervision of construction process is not strictly, the procedure of schedule supervision for construction preparation process, construction schedule planning process, construction process, and complete process are designed by process method respectively, and the procedure of subcontractor schedule supervision is formed. At last, by the problem of subcontractor dynamic management scheme is not perfect, the subcontractors' satisfaction evaluation indexes are determined, the model of subcontractor satisfaction evaluation is builded, and dynamic regulation methods based on the results of satisfaction evaluation are proposed. Meanwhile, implementation suggestions of related programs are proposed.
