Today, with the aggravation of the market competition and transition of the produc-tion mode, the competition is also undergoing changes. The competition is no longer lim-ited to product competition, but to reflect the performance of the integrated supply chain, the competition has now evolved into a core business-oriented supply chain competition, because modern production methods and marketing model changes, various points of the supply chain, have impact on the ultimate effectiveness of enterprises.As an important part of the supply chain, the dealers play a key role on the supply chain. Dealers is familiar with the market, have the marketing channel advantage through distributors. They have broad product market, closely linked with the interests of suppliers as well as many constraints from suppliers. Dealers can not develop without the support of the supplier.Many of the current domestic suppliers dominate a brand of choice for dealers and have severe examination evaluation system in cooperation between the two sides. Dealers must face development pressure on the market, while they manage distributors, retailers.Based on the analysis of QX Com. Ltd. the paper studies the marketing situation of QX ,indicates that it must grasp opportunities in its future own development, better re-spond to suppliers, better manage its distributors, build better integration channels , opti-mize its dealer-distributor system ,enhance the vitality of our own competitiveness .
