In recent years, because of, the active fiscal policy carried out by the country’srapid development of construction machinery industry in our country. With thecontinuous development of market economy, the domestic construction machineryindustry also gradually realize the important role in the development of dealers in theenterprise. SANY heavy industry as a leading construction machinery industry, underthe opportunity and achieve further development. In today’s economic globalization,the competition increasing prompted SANY heavy industry supply chain, not onlypay attention to product development themselves and dealers as an important link inthe supply chain, and between manufacturers, distributors, retailers play a key role,based on understanding of the market, dealers have the advantage of a marketingchannel, and retailers, distributors or directly contact with customers, help enterprisewill be products to the market. The choice of dealers management mode in enterpriseproduct sales plays a key role. Is precisely under this trend, dealers’ managementmode is more perfect, and perfect to the dealer management, not only can bring morereturns for the enterprise, but also can improve the loyalty of the dealers, achieve thelong-term development goals of the enterprise, so as to effectively use of resources,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper first analyzes the development background of dealer management inour country, and the study of engineering machinery dealers management mode athome and abroad to introduce the relevant, found in the field of machinery dealersmanagement mode in our country, and then to marketing theory and the dealermanagement mode on the basis of the relevant theory, based on the analysis of thestatus quo of SANY engineering machinery dealers management mode, on the basisof find SANY problems of engineering machinery dealers management mode, andfinally by making scientific distributor evaluation, selection mechanism, incentivemethods and risk management system to improve SANY engineering machinerydealers management mode.
