The Foreign Trade And Economic Growth In China

The level of economy development (including resource gift and technical producing system) of a country determines its industry structure and gross and structure in foreign trade; In international work-dividing ,foreign trade which is based on comparative advantage not only makes a great contribution to one country's output in gross, but also consolidate its industries which are in priority position in international competition; The transition of industry structure is one of the factor of economic growth, based on resource gift and technical level ,it is also the determine factor of foreign trade structure in one country. The relationship between economic growth,foreign trade and industry structure in one country is a process of dynamic development. As the industry structure does not fit the request of economy development, the adjustment and transition of the industry structure must be done. In this process, the adjustment of foreign trade stratagem and structure can make a huge contribution. This contribution can be embodied by two ways: taking advantage of fund accumulated by comparative advantage to fetch in advanced technology to update behindhand industry structure, encouraging and support important industries to compete in international market, affording the products all aspects of support for the entry to the international market.The foreign trade in China makes great promotion to economic growth. As studying the contribution of foreign trade to China's economic growth, we must regard the effect of structure factor when noticing the effect of gross factor. Since foreign trade and the adjustment of industry structure have great conjunction, in the process of adjustment of industry structure and fasten economic growth in China, the function of foreign trade must be fully exerted. Through the promoting function of trade policy to the industry policy, we can accelerate the adjustment and optimizing of industry structure in China, pushing the further rapid and healthy development of economy. By analyzing the gross factor and structure factor of foreign trade to the economic growth, this paper reviews the importance of structure factor of foreign trade to economic growth, aiming at the present problem in China, gives relative suggestion.
