The all activities serving enterprise is surrounding the fidelity degree improving customer degree of satisfaction , fostering customer degree of loyalty, that the person repeats the enterprise profit consumption coming to create strategic objective, the strategic objective is coming true or not ultimately , serving the administrative system state is key location.The research herein is to spread out two incidents of the Harbin Chenxing Car Rental Company , the chenxing car rental company that is the established earliest company in Harbin, after a few years of development, the result of management is unsatisfactory, and the emergence of two incidents has initiated the voice of the reform.This text analyses the trade characteristic of automobile rental corporation and the Harbin Chenxing Car Rental Company , and states the current service -management system from four respects: First, company's service-management system strategy; Second, service-management system target; Third, service-management enforcement system; Fourth, the staff of the service -management system support the state.In case analysis, proceed with internal and external environments of service -management system at first, point out that revitalizes the actual conditions that the Harbin Chenxing Car Rental Company faces , secondly has introduced the foreign and advanced service management procedures from three respects of resource of the network, credit system, franchise operation, confirm company's new service-management system in terms of strategy. The new service-management system frame mainly includes: First, makes the effective service -management strategy; Second, offers the thinking for increasing customer resources; Third, promotes the service ability of the service system; Fourth, manages the suggestion of putting forward on the staff. Finally, from the system, organize three respects of every credit system of culture to make the corresponding guarantee measure.
