Producing Project Manage Of FN Institute

FN institute is the subsidiary institute of CETC, which gives the long-term serving for modernization of national defence and gets perfect results in technology field. The technologies and human resources are the key points of the scale economy and development for the institute. Because it was established on the planned economy, the old structure and system becomes the obstacle for its development.It is urgent to create a suitable mechanism for employees, for distribution and for management, and accelerate to change the management from scientific research to business administrator.Based on the case of producing management system of FN. institute, this paper analyzed the reason of establishing the management project of FN institute. After the research on the exterior environment, interior environment, the circumstance of current economy, the technology state management, schedule management and control , the cost management and the integrated management, this paper obtained the opportunities, the threats, the advantages and disadvantages for FN institute. Aimed at the current circumstance and the future development route, this paper put forward the operating measurement of producing project management system of FN institute, such as, enhancing the ability of independent innovation, increasingly improving the administration modes, magnifying the advantages of war industry resources, standing out the main operations, exerting integer abilities and brand advantages, developing the cooperation between home and abroad, fully using the capital market, increasing the power of performance examination, actualizing the project management information system. This paper offers the references for institute to become the main composition of national economy.
