Research Of The Aerospace Electronics Product According To The MES

With the enlarged investment to the aerospace along with the nation,the number of the mission undertaken by aerospace electronics enterprise also increases doubly,so the pressure enterprise faces also becomes more and more,for that reason,research and development on new producing system,become very important to raise the rate of producing,shorten the producing life and raise the competition abilityThis thesis describes the information model and function model after the analysis on MES(manufacturing performance system)background,also sums up the present situation and development trend about MES.,including the ISA-95 standard,then introduces the main contents of business production management,concretely describes its function in workshop management and producing management.,also analyses the characteristics in aerospace electronics,and carries on a research to the producing control process of aerospace electronics enterprise,puts forward the conception of producing management system in aerospace electronics enterprise.Then the thesis studies the function and integrating requirement about producing management system in aerospace electronics enterprise,elaborates the method and technique path to system implement,which mainly includes five parts:the process management,MES system,stock system,quality system.At the last,the thesis introduces the implement steps of the system and the applied effect,To the aerospace electronics enterprise,implementing the system will strongly raises the efficiency of enterprise producing management and response ability,product quality,stock management level,shortens the producing life,and attains the transparency of producing management with high efficiency.
