Personal Finance first appeared in Switzerland, and then has received rapid promotion in the United States, Europe and Japan, Hong Kong and other economically developed countries and regions. Personal finance occupies an important position and has become the most important components of profit growth in the western commercial bank. In China, personal finance development is in full swing. China's major commercial banks begin to use their advantages, increase investment in technology and establish personal finance platform actively to occupy the market, all that make the personal finance market increasingly competitive. Facing to the huge market demand and opportunities, how to achieve own development by leaps and bounds is the problem that commercial banks urgent to solve.The paper compare our country with developed countries and region in personal finance development profile and trends, try to explain the necessity of China's commercial banks develop personal finance , point out their advantage and disadvantage. On the guide of the life cycle theory, mark(?)t segmentation theory, the modern portfolio theory and behavioral finance theory, by using mean variance model and matrix analysis and other research methods comprehensive, it focus on China's commercial banks personal finance customer structure research, as well as five major investment tools for risk-benefit analysis. It applies modern portfolio theory to do quantitative research by using the integrated matrix analysis results, adjusting their investment portfolios, rescheduling various investment tools investment ratio in order to reflect the real needs of customers. Finally, the paper made a number of recommendations on China's commercial banks how to better conduct of Personal Finance.
