With the acceleration of the process of financial globalization, social progress and people’s living standards continue to improve, financial concept deeply rooted. Most lower than expected global economic data, market sentiment tends to be cautious and stock market turmoil intensified, causing people to stocks, bonds and other financial instruments on the sidelines, with a stable income and low-risk business financial products much sought after. Faced with an endless stream of financial products on the market, people need professional investment advice and rational investment strategy. Based on this, as the focus of L bank of Liaocheng to financial products for the study, to develop scientific research portfolio planning, through cluster analysis of customer segmentation, as differentiated customer base to provide personalized, rationalization of the financial products portfolio, which use a combination of assessment to verify the model, in order to ensure the scientific nature of the product portfolio, and made to optimize our commercial bank financing portfolio strategy plan.This paper consists of seven chapters:The first chapter raises the goal,the settings and the sense of our research. It also reviews literature closed related to the paper. We can also find the idea and innovations of the paper in this chapter.The second chapter shows the product Portfolio theory provides the basis for the study of fiscal policy, mainly for portfolio theory.The third chapter:the development Status personal financial products, first introduced the development process, and then analyze the development status, the final classification of the product in detailThe fourth chapter:by introducing the criterion commercial financial products planning, strategy, evaluation model and complete the steps to provide practical basis for the article.The fifth chapter:the Countermeasures of optimizing the commercial bank personal financial product portfolio strategy, this chapter is based on the concept of financial innovation of the bank financing product combination, offer different product combination for different customers, promotion of product portfolio management in commercial banks, so as to bring considerable income for commercial banks.The sixth chapter:the empirical analysis of commercial bank portfolio strategy financial products--take Shandong province Liaocheng city as an example, according to the steps of the implementation of financial product portfolio strategy of Liaocheng city in Shandong Province, different customers of financial product portfolio allocation and validation.The seventh chapter concludes the paper and gives a further outlook of the future work on the asset allocation of foreign banks.
