| The production enterprises obtain the foreign trade rights, inevitably will create the foreign trade company customer community to lose, business volume shrink away. In this case, if the foreign trade company can be awarded the contracts continually and frequently in the international tender, not only can reduce the pressure which caused by the new policy of licensing the production enterprises freely entering the international market, but also can reflect the foreign trade company the comprehensive competition strength and the superiority, bring the good economic efficiency to the company. For time being there is little study on the international bidding strategy for Machinery & Electric products in China, so the research have certain meaning of theory and reality for the foreign trade company to improve the contract award rate.This paper adopts the Hunan International Economic Technology Development company as a study object. mainly to explore how to improve the contract award rate of the international bidding of Machinery & Electric products from the operation stratification plane. Firstly, this paper briefly summarizes the researches on international bidding and international bidding of Machinery & Electric products both in China and abroad, and realizes that it's necessary for the Hunan International Economic Technology Development company to emphasize on international bidding management of Machinery & Electric products. Secondly, this paper mainly analyzes its superiority, opportunity and problems through investing the present conditions in international bidding of Machinery & Electric products in the Hunan International Economic Technology Development company. Lastly, by integrating with the actuality of the company, learning from some international bidding theory, this paper develops the international bidding strategy system of Machinery & Electric products together with the specific implementation proposal for the Hunan International Economic Technology Development company. |
