| The industrial enterprise energy is always the matter people concern and its decision-making process has the quite great difficulty. The most critical and urgent problem of the industrial enterprises is how to use the information about energy demand and consumption in the industrial process. So it is important to predict it more precision using modern new forecasting technology. Artificial intelligence technology and optimization combined forecasting have the rapid development in recent years. And they have been used successfully in the complex systems of incomplete information, which provide new idea for forecasting enterprise energy consumption more reasonable and more precision.This paper based on the background of enterprise energy forecasting management mainly studied the operation and management about enterprise energy, constant weight forecasting technology, variable weight intelligent combination forecasting technology. The innovation and results of research are as follows:(1) According to the single forecasting model characteristics of grey theory, the index return, the index smoothing, constant weight combined forecasting model for energy consumption is established through linear optimization combining of the above single forecasting model. The results show that the precision of constant weight combined forecasting is higher than that of single forecasting.(2) Based on the existed sample data of energy consumption of the industrial enterprise process and the predict results of the single forecasting model is as the input of the function-link neural network, combined forecasting model of enterprise energy function-link neural network is established through the learning method of adaptive single network supervised. The results show that the precision is high and stability.(3) The concepts of the forecasting methods such as predict relative error, changing trend of predict object and grey weight were raised. Based on the sample of energy consumption in the industrial enterprise process and the above concepts, the combined forecasting model of energy consumption fuzzy variable weight was established. The results show that the precision is high and its data is small.Based on the above study the Visual Basic 6.0 was applied successfully in the intelligent combined forecasting system of enterprise energy. The results show that the forecasting system is of great practice. |
