Study On Supplier Relationship Management Of Nuclear Power Equipment

Under the policies of Actively Promoting Nuclear Power and Fully Realize Self Development in Nuclear Power; Chinese nuclear power industry is welcoming a uncommon development opportunity. Whether of not the nuclear power enterprises are able to take the opportunity and focus on projects, to bring development to enterprises up and down river of the industries chain, particularly the equipment manufacturing enterprises, to fully realize the goal of self development, and finally completed the mission of national nuclear power development, the equipment providers relationship management is one of the important means. Enhancement of nuclear power providers relationship managements and cultivating major providers of nuclear power equipment, is not only crucial for nuclear power industry development per se, but also it consequently influences the upgrading of national infrastructural industries, the progressing of top end science and technology and national overall competence. Taking the nuclear power equipment providers relationship management as the research object, this paper uses the methodologies of literature search, case study, survey and investigation, SWOT Matrix, experiences summation to perform analyze and study the Chinese nuclear power equipment providers relationship management.This paper contains five chapters. Chapter One introduces the research background, purpose and meaning, research directions and methodologies, presents the theoretical foundation of this research; Chapter Two analyzes the status quo and problems of Chinese nuclear power providers; Chapter Three presents the theoretical status quo of this research, and brings the main research contents of this paper; Combined with the opportunities and challenges of the rapid development of nuclear power of China, the SWOT Matrix of Chinese nuclear power equipment providers is to be brought, Based on the SWOT Matrix, Chapter Four analyzes the overseas status of experiences of enhancing the relationship with international providers, presents Countermeasures of promoting providers relationship of national nuclear power equipment; Chapter Five is the conclusion.Through the poetical expatiation and typical case study, this paper to a certain extent explores research domains of provider relationship management, and presents experiences for nuclear power equipment provider relationship, hence it has a certain steering effect for quality assurances enhancement of nuclear power equipment in the rapid development process.
