Modern state-owned commercial banks are financial enterprises offering financial products and services to their customers. Be assure of their place in financial markets which are full of fierce competition, they must establish marketing team to meet changing and competitive market, which is one of the important aspects of human resources in modern state-owned commercial banks. In modern complicated financial markets it is of extreme importance to own a marketing team with strong team spirit. For not only can the team offer their customers excellent financial services, but also cultivate high loyalty customers for modern state-owned commercial banks, create more value for customers and banks.The thesis used the marketing team in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., LTD. XUZHOU Branch as the jumping-off point in the study. Practical cases were used to study the working status of marketing team in ICBC xuzhou Branch to find the potential problems in the team building. Studying from the constitution of personnel, relations within and outside the team, application of customer manager system, we concluded that the marketing team was deficiency in the capacity and skills, relationships within the team and with other organizations of the bank was disharmony, the application of customer manager system had a margin of error. All these points were demonstrated by factual cases.On the bases of roundly reviewing research theory of modern team building and management, in view of ICBC Xuzhou branch marketing team's present situation and the question, proposes road of the solution The reset marketingpost and understanding customer manager the responsibility, the establishment customer manager's onset and retreat mechanism and the occupation development path, the raise team spirit, carry on in the effective drive, the marketing process appropriate authorization, forms the marketing team operation the positive cycle. In this foundation, proposed the solution state-owned commercial bank's marketing team constructs the question the essential countermeasure achievements inspection, enable the research plan to have the universal serviceability, achieves apply theory to reality, the solution actual problem function.
