Study On Rural Characteristic Products

Nowadays, with the development of agriculture and agricultural economy of our country enter a new history phase, the remarkable characteristics are different from before, the supply-demanded relations of rural products has changed from long-term shortage into relative surplus. The restricting factors of agricultural development in our country switch from former purely resource restriction to supply-demand restriction and resource restriction. The problem with agriculture, farmer and countryside is still puzzling the economic development in China. It not only weakens the complementary of regional economy, but also causes excessive blind competition and the waste of resources. Farm markets'keen competition of fruits and vegetables have exposed the convergent tendency in varieties distribution. So adjusting the agricultural structure and promoting the local industry to suit the local conditions are the central task of agriculture and rural economy work in present China. This text falls naturally into six parts:Chapter One is introduction. It mainly elaborates the background of the research, purpose and the significance, domestic and international research tendency, research mentality and method, as well as the possible innovation in the thesis, putting forward that the study on development of rural characteristic products has great influences on solution our country's agricultural main problems. The research's theoretical value and practical significance about developing rural characteristic products to the problem with agriculture, farmer and countryside are put forward. The author think that developing rural characteristic products is not only important measures to adjust the agricultural structure reasonably, but also the only way to solve the rural surplus labor force and prosper rural economy.Chapter Two understands theoretically the definition and its connotation of rural characteristic products. In this chapter, the concept of rural characteristic products and its charactertics are presented. And the natural basis and the fundamentals that the rural characteristic products development should be abide are also discussed.Chapter Three analyzes theoretically the present situation of the development of rural characteristic products as well as its cause. The development present situation and causes of rural characteristic products are discussed. It presents that the whole development level is low, regional development is imbalance, blindness and spontaneous. And the main cause is local government not pay much attention, lacking leading enterprise and bad developing environment.Chapter Four discusses something about the experience and models in international rural characteristic products development. This chapter mainly elaborates the policy, method and experience of rural characteristic products development in America and Japan.Chapter Five discusses contructing a favorable enviorment to develop rural characteristic products. The relationships that contructing a favorable enviorment shoule be duly handled.And the specific mehtods and measures are put forward.Chapter Six is something about the countermeasure and suggestion on foster main body about rural characteristic products development. The chapter is the key point to the full paper. It mainly elaborates the countermeasures and the suggestion in rural characteristic products development from several aspects, including establishment of development main body, the method that foster leading enterprise as well as leading organization.It was found that development characteristic products is a complex and systematic project. Household ' s management is the base, and the leading enterprise's driving is the crux, and building good and comfortable development environment is very important, too. It makes us have to believe that if only we solve the two most important problems: fostering numerous driving forces and building good and comfortable development environment, we will surely believe that development on characteristic products must be fruitful, thus have a positive and far-reaching impact on development of rural economy.
