With the development of China's national economy, the steady deepening of its financial reform and the constant stretching of its financial business, Chinese people's demands for financial information are rising. To provide them with speedy and excellent information service, but meanwhile lower the management cost, and enhance the power of competition, all the financial organizations are striving to improve computerize finacial services and OA, and achieve centralized disposal.The operation system of a commercial bank has been centralized to two data center. Drastic changes have taken place in its scientific and technological structure. More and more transact departments ask for central management, but the current system doesn't meet with the demands. Therefore, it is desirable that the corresponding background system structure be conformed and the relations among the systems arranged to meet the functions of centralized management and solve the various problems, such as the data consistency, statistic caliber, function iterance. The afterward supervision and Business Archive Microcopy System are two independent systems. AS is the core module of bank risk control, which supervises mainly through checking operation credence. Business Archive Microcopy System mainly scans the credence and stores it as electronic data to save the cost of storing and improve enquiring efficiency. This project combines the two systems, and meanwhile enables the branch banks and the banks in remote areas to send their data to be disposed by the central systems. The data are to be managed and backup by the provincial bank. Enquiring services are also provided.This project establishes a provincial micro data center, which supervises the vouchers, reports and lists of its sub-bands. If the net can support it, a provincial afterwards supervision data center is to be set up. Considering the load of the present system, the AS servers are to be arranged in the city bank center, and the uploading of the micro documents is to be orderly; the Business Archive Microcopy systems are to be buffered by using disks, then the cost will be cut down, the disk exploring spared, blunders decreased and the operation become convenient. The former Business Archive Microcopy System and quality control centers are arranged in the AS centers of the city banks. The quality centers and the AS centers are combined to deal with quality control, index, and checking at one time, thus optimize labor efficiency. Moreover, the centers provide voucher copy enquiring service and transfer the old data in host computer to the background system, so that the enquiring pressure is cut down and the resources are saved.After the conformity, the operation process will be optimized. The vouchers are to be scanned and transformed to the AS. The supervising department shall set up voucher scanning post to accomplish the scanning and quality control. There will be changes in the UI of AS, but the functions and operation flows are consistent with the former version. The users will be able to use them through simple training. The emphasis monitoring principles maintain, but the branches can set checking proportion according to their conditions. The scanned image data shall be uploaded to the provincial bank daily. The secondary banks can log on the provincial server on OA through IE. If the enquired voucher is beyond the storage of this server, the backup disks are to be applied. The Business Archive Microcopy System will be buffered by using disks, which ensures online enquiring. The Business Archive Microcopy System service formerly involves application, filing and documenting, but will be optimized by this project.Based on the practical work, this project imports OCR, which aims at achieving"automatic centralized disposal, electronic security storage and effective data application"in note disposal. It not only preserves the original image files, but also automatically sets up index file after identification, completes the checking between the original data and the bill, spots the iffy bills quickly, sorts out the original image, and then inquires and checks the files. It can complete the checking quickly and with high efficiency.The combination of AS and Business Archive Microcopy System will improve the efficiency and speed of data obtaining. Through centralization of the data, higher data analysis and exploring becomes possible. This data base will provide plenty of historical data and deep-level data disposal function, so that administers of different levels can supervise the operation conditions momentarily, and accordingly gather and analyze them to adapt running strategies to improve the bank's risk resistance ability.The fruits of this project are as follows:First, a first-class network application system is completed. This large-scale centralized system combines operation and administration. It is a typical internet application, and a data disposal system with a large capacity. According to the problems occurred and the new demands of the operation department, it will gradually perfect its functions to serve the users and meet the practical demands.Second, this project establishes an intact and wholesome administering and operation flow. Through the exploring and application of this system, a flow consistent with the synthetical operation system has been established, which strongly guarantees its security and efficiency.Lastly, an excellent operational and technological group has been cultivated.
