As the storage unit of the third party logistics enterprises,cold storage plays a vital role in the profit and development of the enterprises.The storage process of the third party logistics enterprise has several problems such as profit management,cold storage refrigeration,the high cost of storage of perishable materials.Reasonable arrangements can make full use of refrigeration resources,improve handling efficiency and keep the quality of fresh cold chain material.In view of the special nature of the cold storage process of the third party logistics enterprises,some aspects of material research for location is not very good to it.Therefore,it is important to study the third logistics enterprise storage location.This paper carries out a research on the third party logistics enterprise storage.Firstly,by studying the basic characteristics of third-party logistics companies cold storage,selecting two kinds from four position systems and establishing space optimization model by analyzing two kinds of storage system which named "one to one" and "many to one".Then,by the way of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,using SPSS to predict annual demand for each type of cargo and build the EOQ model suitable for the third party logistics enterprises cold storage to determine the best order quantity of the third party logistics enterprises cold storage and meet customer's needs.In the process of cargo optimization,a dual cargo classification method is designed for the "one-to-one" cargo system with considering the demand and turnover rate that are often considered in the research of general cargo spaces.The classification method takes demand as the first factor and turnover as the first factor respectively.Double cargo classification method is suitable for the initial allocation of cargo space.The method can effectively deal with goods with large difference in turnover rate and demand.For the "many-to-one" cargo location system,this paper established assignment models and design model solving algorithms by using three steps respectively.And this paper biased on the available number of goods and the number of varieties of goods in three categories relationships,takes into account several factors including shelf endurance,goods compatibility,goods coupling,level of position,comprehensive of goods.In the end,this paper takes a cold storage case of Zhengming company as a background to apply the results of the research in the paper.The case study based on Flexsim simulation.The paper compares the time that the optimized model and position random model completedthe order to verify the research results' validity and practicality.
