Since the turn of this century,with china economic developed rapidly,more and more banks,government departments,corporation and other organizations expanded larger and more rapidly.and more seriously of the supervise of the archive administration,more and more institutions arise the requirements of the archive outsourcing service.And then a number of professional and comprehensive companies appeared and offer this service.As the new industry in China mainland,archive storage service has the characters of that there are huge differentiation and lack of standards.So,the head firms should build a series of strategies which can make the company develop and expand rapidly.Z company is the nationwide company that offer archive administration service as the main product.They are the one of the first batch professional firms in China,with the biggest archive storage park in Tianjin Binhai,they are a lot of advantages and leadership in china.But nowadays,with the depression of the global economic,more and more new comer intruded this industry and made a lot of competition.So.Z company need a better plan of marketing to promote their service and occupancy.In this paper,I take the archival storage service of Z company as the research object,use the methods include quantitative,qualitative,macro and micro as the different aspects to research the application of the theory.At the same time,based on the 7PS service marketing theory,problems and causes of Z company's marketing problems were explored and discussed in seven aspects including service(product),price,place,promotion,people,process and physical evidence,to make a better plan of the promotion of the methods.Such innovation can make the marketing of Z company more efficient,and promote the development of the archive administration industry benignly.
