Meanwhile, the management mode of engineering project is being developed constantly, and a lot of new-type modes have appeared in the world. The introduction of the advanced project management modes certainly will bring impact and influence on the construction of China, so the analysis and research about the engineering project management mode are required urgently.Through the comparative analysis and research of domestic and international engineering project management modes at present, and on the basis of the survey of engineering project management mode of developed countries, the paper points out the questions and insufficient existing in our country's existing project management modes, and the reference and enlightenment brought from the project management of foreign countries. And it puts forward the countermeasure and thinking of the project management of our country in line with international standards.On the choice of management modes of engineering project in our country, popularizing PMC mode is proposed. Meanwhile, the question and insufficient effects that PMC exists in the present stage are pointed out. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward assembled mode, PMC+Partnering project management mode, and through the comparison of assembled mode and traditional mode, points out the value of using the assembled mode.Through the argumentation, the paper can make the employed of project management realize the importance and necessity of the research of the project management mode, further more, the introduction and reference of the advanced project management mode can improve the competitiveness of the building enterprises of China, and for the building enterprise of our country, there are certain realistic meanings to tackling the keen competition of the domestic and international construction contract market.
