Discussion On Construction Agent System Management Of Jiang-Xi Government-funded Project

Meanwhile, government-funded projects lack benefits while lavish much, even correlate to some judicial cases about offence of bribery. In china, engineering project management mode evolves slowly. So for managers or administrators, it is a new topic and urgent to explore the new management mode adaptive to the characteristics of government-funded projects, so as to solve problems existing in the government-funded project management and to ensure its quality and efficiency.In this paper, internal and international characteristics of engineering project traditional management mode were analyzed and attempts were made to find out a new applicable mode which accord with the present government-funded project management based on the investigation into the scale, characteristic of management, status quo and problems of our government-funded projects. According to the reformation and development of china investment system, measures to reform the construction agent system of government-funded project management were raised, the theory and effectiveness to actualize of construction agent system were investigated. To be certain, advantages of construction agent system in government-funded project management would be reflected after further practice and perfection of construction agent system mode.Based on the analysis of experimental unit project about Jiang-Xi archives, the paper demonstrated that engineering construction agent system mode was suitable for practical need of present engineering projects, superior to the traditional mode. Application of construction agent system in government-funded project could make government deviate from the specific organization and implement of engineering project, and then supervise the project as investor intrinsically representative of country and further reinforce the supervise of engineering projects. But also, depending on advantages of expertise and professionals construction agents could make a sustained progress by accumulating experience during long-term engineering practice, which could enhance management level of construction agents, even enhance level of project management industry, greatly accelerate advance of project management industry.
