How to contribute to develop the small-and-medium enterprises which is a universal problem for all over the world. It is more significant for research of Chinese small-and-medium enterprises when we are in the new stage of develop- ment of China ,because their status and the function is outstanding day by day in the development of whole economic society. This article's aim is research how to contribute to develop the small-and-medium enterprises from the point of view of tax policy of public policy by analyzing the actual status of development of the small-and-medium enterprises.The article analyses in detail Chinese small-and-medium enterprises of the actual status of current development and relative the tax policy from research of facing problem and development characteristics of Chinese small-and-medium enterprises .
