The enterprise culture motivation is a spiritual motivation, which produces from heart when staffs of the enterprise approve this culture. This motivation is durable,integrated, and accepted by Whole staff. The psychological contract research in recent years is the new hot spot. Although, the psychological contract development and research enterprise culture is gone two separated clues. But it helps to set foundations for the psychology of micro-enterprise culture in the staff levels and has enormous theoretical and practical significance.The purpose of this paper is to combine the results of two research areas of psychological contract and enterprise culture, and in terms of the "shared values", the author puts forward the human cultural motivation, try to provide new ideas to stimulation system of enterprises. This article's proof logic is: first, the author proposes the argument that "psychological contract based on the enterprise cultural motivation"; Then, through on elaborating the interaction relations of enterprise culture and the motivation mechanism, and the relations of psychological contract and enterprise cultural motivation mechanism, indicates the feasibility and importance of "constructs motivation mechanism of enterprise culture based on psychological contract"; Finally, according to the sharing values of " people oriented" , the author initially has constructed the model of motivation mechanism of enterprise culture based on psychological contract.By analyzing step by step, this article is divided into four parts:Part one. Elaborates the research's background and proposes the research question, then provides a brief summary and analysis of the theory and points out the article's research perspective and method.Part two. Research on motivation mechanism. Introduces the enterprise culture's essence—culture values; And study the interaction relations between enterprise culture and motivation; Finally elaborates realization mechanism of enterprise cultural motivation from five aspects, and points out that the guiding mechanism with the enterprise's core values plays a leading role in the whole motivation mechanism, foreshadows the study on constructing the relation between psychological contract and motivation mechanism based on enterprise culture.Part three. Constructing the relation between psychological contract and motivation mechanism. This chapter has first analyzed the interaction relation between psychological contract and enterprise culture of that common value which makes them a close association and interaction; then the author stress that the establishment of psychological contract between enterprise and employees is advantageous to the staff individual values and the enterprise values conjunction, and eventually forms the sharing values; Then constructs the dynamic model of the sharing values' foundation based on psychological contract; Finally the author propose that promotes the sharing values of " people oriented", foreshadows the study on constructing the motivation mechanism of enterprise culture based on psychological contract.Part four. Constructing the model of motivation mechanism of enterprise culture based on psychological contract. By generally extends to specially, through the model analysis and the contrast proof, and combined with the realization mechanism of enterprise culture motivation, this chapter constructs the model of motivation mechanism of enterprise culture based on psychological contract that with the " Recruitment—Performance Evaluation—Career; Finally take the Nokia China as the example, analyzes how the human culture implements in this enterprise, which provides reference for the other enterprises.This article examines and explores the essence of enterprise culture from the perspective of psychological contract incentive mechanism essence, after all, a new study clue. However, due to the design of this enterprise cultural motivation mechanisms aimed at choice of motivation method based on individual psychological contract ,and lacks the actual data support, therefore in following research, the author will make necessity quantitative investigation, and constantly enrich and improve the topic.
