In the company, besides the written and ceremonial contract between employer and employee, the entire employee have Psychological contract deep inside. Psychological contract are a set of’promises’or’expectations’that between the parties in an employment relationship. Although a psychological contract of the employer is informal, Ambitious, implied, and it is not like the economical or legal contract being strong constraint, it is also an important factor impacting the action and the attitude of the employee. Psychological contract is one of the important research topics in the Organizational Behavioral Science and Human Resource Management.This topic uses Literature analysis, Questionnaire, Case analysis, Comparative analysis, Quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. It analyzes the present situation and the cause of the incentive strategy relating to the character and the situation of our company, giving an example to the A bank of shareholding commercial banks, and combining the actual situation of the A bank, concluding the consequence to incite the employee effectively.In the research, the topic introduces the background and Significance firstly. Through the summary of the Motivation theory at home and abroad, it elaborates the content and the methods. Then, outlining the theory of the psychological contract and the motivation. Secondly, summarizing the character of our commercial bank and the model of the motivation theory and elaborating the requirement of our employee, it puts forward the motivation theory applying to the commercial bank. Then, the topic analyzes the present situation of our employee motivation theory and the cause relating to the A bank, finds the model applying to the A bank using the Questionnaire and the Statistical Analysis. At last, it finds the motivated strategy applies to the A bank basing in the Psychological contract by analyzing the problem of the present motivated strategy.
