The development of pharmaceutical industry in China has gone through a process of rapid growth, and maintained a very high speed of growth, but the industry's rapid growth also has brought many difficult problems to marketing issues, marketing channel management is one of them. In channel management, out of control in good management in channel management is more serious.Out of control in good management which sales cross region is the common phenomena in the channel conflicts. It affects the company's brand value and normal management seriously, and it can leads to consumer and agent losing the confidence to the brand. So, if the company can't solve it, it will suffer the massive loss.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the Introduction (Chapter I), it contain the main research purposes,significance of out of control in good management ;The second part (Chapter II) is the related theoretical knowledge about channel management and out of control in good management. It will build the good foundation for solving out of control in good management in pharmaceutical enterprise A behind; The third part (Chapter III), is mainly on China's pharmaceutical industry, the overall situation, the existing channels model, the development trend and the main channel management issues in domestic pharmaceutical enterprises ; The fourth part (Chapter IV), which systematic analysis the loopholes in channel management in the medicine company A; The fifth part (chapters V), which are based on the advanced channels management ideology and theory , in view of the question propose some improvement suggested and supplement suggestion, and it is hoped that can make a contribution for pharmaceutical enterprise A; Finally, the paper summarizes the research.This paper is mainly used the methods of expert interviews, field investigation and document the method of combining research, it makes every effort to enrich the theoretical knowledge and actual combat experience. Some of these arguments are based on the union of successful experiences in recent years and the theory of marketing channel management. It is certainly more effective.
