Now, it is the mode-transformation stage for Chinese enterprises. On the one hand, the enterprises should change their traditional concept and adapt the regulation of market economy as soon as possible; on the other hand, although Chinese enterprises just step into market economy, they should finish industry economy development in a short period while developed countries had used 100 years. It can be said that Chinese enterprises are affronting both domestic and overseas challenges. Management innovation is the only way for Chinese enterprises to improve and gain a position in the international competition.Shandong Yankuang International Coking Company Ltd. is a coal-chemical enterprise invested by Yankuang Group, Itochu in Japan and CVRD in Brazil, while Itochu and CVRD are included in the 500 powerful enterprises in the world. The main products are 2 million tons of coke and 200 thousand tons of methanol. The total investment is 2.284 billion RMB. We have been exploring how to absorb the German advanced technology and make the equipments homemade and how to use their advanced management concept to accelerate the development of our company. This paper focuses on analysis on the development of management innovation in China taking Shandong Yankuang International Coking Company Limited as an example.This paper starts with the background mentioned above, uses the theory of management innovation, and introduces the guideline, content, features and measurements of ORM management mode in Shandong Yankuang International Coking Company Limited. In the practice of this mode, the concept of human-oriented is the soul of ORM. The mode is to carry out 5E dynamic management, moving management and finish-in-a-day lists. In the end, there is an evaluation of effect of ORM management mode in Shandong Yankuang International Coking Company Limited. Though the practice of this mode, the innovation potential in the company has been exploited, the hardworking zest of employees has been wakened, the executing and Competitiveness ability has improved, and the image of the company has been better and better.. So, this paper can not only promote the development of theory of management innovation, but also the practice of management innovation in China.
