Yankuang Group is located in Zoucheng and it is the largest coal production and export enterprises in the east of China. The total area is 435.44 square kilometers, reserves 3.66 billion tons,1.77 billion tons of recoverable reserves. Going aboard to develop Shanxi, Shanxi, Xinjiang, Guizhou and Australia's coalfields, more than 250 million tons of additional reserves. Yanzhou Coal Mining Area was developed and constructed in 1966. Yankuang Group was established in May 1999. In recent years, with the Yankuang Group's multi-industry, cross-regional, cross-border business development, International and grouping rapid growth, Yankuang Group is increasing its scale. As of July 2010, Yankuang has over 200 subsidiaries. Yankuang Group is facing increasing challenges and problems in the management control of the parent and subsidiary companies. Control mode is the control strategy that based on the different levels of decentralization. The management and control of the parent company and subsidiary companies is that the parent company takes advantage of strategic, cultural, personnel, finance, information, and performance control etc. to control the subsidiary companies to achieve its objectives. YanKuang Group faces too many subsidiary companies and it is ambiguous in degree and manners to different holding types of subsidiary. Specific to human resource management control, there are some urgent areas that need to study and propose measures to improve and resolve for improvement. Human resource management control of large enterprise groups is an important means to realize corporate strategic objectives. Human resource management control includes human resources planning, recruitment, training, compensation management, performance appraisal etc. Yankuang Group could find out the real status of the development of measures for from this five-pronged approach and its situation.Yankuang Group's human resource management control is affected by the Group's human resource management control model, corporate culture, professional quality of the human resource management staff, staff redundancy, and the extent of the holding group subsidiaries etc. Therefore, taking these factors as the basis,Yankuang group need to make use of human resources planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation management, performance evaluation, the construction of a learning organization, improving the human resources management quality of the whole staff,the construction of human resource management information System, efficient allocation of staff, the construction of the exit mechanism for the staff to settle the problems of Yankuang Group's human resource management control.
