Therefore, it would be talismans to remain invincible for an enterprise to make strategic programming, upgrading core competence and those elements to ensure long-term healthy, harmonious and consecutive developments.Proceeding with the innovation posture that SANIT's facing now, this paper's trying to position it among the line by taking good use of international trading theories and the exoteric of core competence, stating the relative development stages those outbound enterprises'historic environments with PEST models to compare the status pro. And then it elaborates SANIT's strength, weakness, opportunity and threat to analyze and estimate elements internal and external to fix on its core competence. Putting use of SWOT's matrix with the actual circus, it puts forward the backup blue prints of SANIT's upgrading core competence, simultaneously explains in detail and raises the corresponding ways and measures. At last, it employs AHP, ie Analytical Hierarchy Process, analyzing the core competence with Qualitative Research, quantitative research and estimation to reach the final conclusion. |
