Because team is a complex system, and traditional empirical research method cannot get enough valid research data, there are a lot of problems in team performance research. For example, team researchers are usually limited to research of the relationship between single team design variable and team performance; the results of these researches are too simple and different researchers have different results about the same subject. But it is being changed as agent-based social simulation technology applying to business management research, especially organization theory. In the paper , the author developed one model that is firefighting and rescue artificial team, and using this model performed some research and found some new relationship between team design variables and team performance. The author observed the relationship between a single variable and team performance and also the interaction of two team design variables and their effct on team performance.Based on the former research, this paper makes a deeper insight into the interaction of the member speciality variable and team structure variable, and their effect on team performance. The research data indicates that factor of autonomy's influence on team performance is independent on team member speciality, either is team member speciality's influence on team performance; but factor of autocracy and team member varianle have serious influence with each other.
