The Rural Financial Operation Performance

This paper has three parts. In the first part, we review thoeries on the financial operation performance. The second part sets out a framework of the rural financial operation performance, based on the sustainable developmant of the rural finance. And we have a practical analysis on the regional rural financial operation performance. Then we apply matric models to analyze the correlation between some main performance indexes of the sustainable development. In the last part, we give some suggestions on the ground of the result of our research and the factors which influence the operation performance of the rural finance.
