Studies On County Economic Development Of Changsha City

In the paper, we make a comparative study of county economic development on the basis of Liuyang City, Changsha County, Wangcheng County and Ningxiang County in Changsha City, by using the theory of regional economics on county economic development theory. To consider the issue from the perspective of Hunan Province, County current economic development in Changsha City is in a visible rise Channel, economic development has a strong vitality and development potential. But the reference to the coastal developed areas of county economic development level, the results show that economic development in Changsha city in the initial stage of industrialization, on the whole, are less developed counties, county's economic development overall lower, level of overall competitiveness relative backwardness, for further rational industrial structure, less local disposable income ,shortage of prominent economic characteristics, not brand products, the level of urbanization is not high, open low, less than dynamic. The county economy gap between the developed coastal areas and Changsha City was more obvious, and the task of county's economic development in Changsha city is very arduous. By carefully analyzing favorable factors and barrier factors impacting county economic development in Changsha city, this thesis believe that traffic location, natural resources, industries and products, the market potential of Changsha city is in a comparative advantage, and concepts, policies, institutional arrangements, capital, technology, the quality of the rural labor force, social environment are at a relative disadvantage. Finally, We have proposed specific strategic thinking and comprehensive measures to achieve the "well fast" county's economic development in Changsha City.
