Lao's economy is based on agriculture and has made remarkable achievements in recent decades.At present,Lao agricultural industrialization has already begun to take shape,and has become an important means to improve and promote the development of agriculture,farmers'income,but in the further development of agricultural industrialization there are still many difficulties and shortcomings.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the sustainable development of Lao's economy and society.Overall,the agricultural industrialization has a good development trend,especially in Vientiane City as the representative of the region,has been formed to the right to land contractual management,employment management,responsible for the hotshots establish interactive win-win benefit mechanism of agricultural industrialization development mode etc..Marigold coffee group is a representative case of the development of agricultural industrialization in Laos.We need to see is that the existing agricultural infrastructure,labor quality is not high,the level of intensive agriculture is the main problem of Laos in the development of agricultural industrialization,the main factors leading to these problems include the lack of leading enterprises,the law is not perfect and the agricultural product brand effect is not strong.To promote the further development of agricultural industrialization of the need to proceed from the following aspects:first,vigorously cultivate leading enterprises,promote the development of agricultural industrialization;second,improve relevant laws,improve the work efficiency of the government;third,the international stage,improve agricultural brand;fourth,international experience,grasp the key link.
