Studies On The Financial Problems Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are an important factor in national economy and play a strategic role in the economic development of various countries in the world. It is generally agreed among international community of economics and academy that, SMEs will play the leading role in economic development of the 21S' century. In China, the greatest developing country in the world, SMEs have a more prominent standing and role. Therefore, it has already become the major problem crying for solution in the century to probe into regularities in the developing mechanism of Chinese SMEs, promoting its healthy growth, and the smooth integration of Chinese economy into world economy in the tide of economic globalization. Insufficient financial problem of SMEs, which is meaningful in promoting the development of SMEs, adjusting the industrial structure and reinforcing the international competitive power, is a top of general interest in economic realms in China, thus how to circulate funds for SMEs is an urgent issue we confront.This dissertation primarily studied the present condition of SMEs in China and the reason for the difficult financial circulation of SMEs, which include the SMEs themselves, financing institutions, government organizations, social agencies and the environment and so on. Through paying special attention to the empirical study of the financial problem of the SMEs in our native region, and get the benefit from the other country or region that adopt some positive and effective measures to promote the development of SMEs, this dissertation brings up advices on how to resolve the financial problem of our SMEs in radical and practical.
