Access Strategy Research In Multinational Operation Of Chinese Mineral Resources Enterprises

Our different countries have brought closer together by Integration of the global, so the enterprises from those countries can seek development across border. The competitions among the items of mineral resources have developed into worldwide, all dimensional, multiple and heated pattern. This situation extremely influences on the property construction and the model of expanding foreign economic. Facing up to the pressure and challenge, our enterprises should adjust the strategy for development without delay, promote their responsiveness and sustainable development ability, and actively participate in competition for the future of them and our national economy.Based on the aggressive momentum and the many remaining problems of the transnational operation in our mineral resources enterprises, this thesis enters on the key point about the entering strategies on the transnational operation and analyzes the location choice, target orientation, approach choice and strategy implementation. After the overview of the transnational operation in our mineral resources enterprises, the thesis brings forward the corresponding problems in the operation. The chapter 4 gives the analysis on how to establish and implement the entering strategies by aiming at one of the reasons for the above-mentioned problems, which is " the lack of entering strategies on the transnational operation". Finally, the constructive suggestions are given from the country, market and enterprises themselves perspectives, in order to support and improve the status of the transnational operation.
