Analysis In The Game Theory On The Descion-making Of Ultilization To Rural-urban Fringe

By the acceleration of the urbanization process of our country, the land use in rural-urban fringe causes a series of problems. According to this problems , Several common understandings on the qualitative aspect to the reason have been reached, but it's still actually rare at the quantitative research. In view of that, this article analyzes the question to the land use in rural-urban fringe. Analyzing from the game theory, regard country, rural collective economy organizations and individuals land users as the participants of the decision, and regard the situation of the land use as the best result of the model.Following the foreword, the intension and the function of the rural-urban fringe have been defined in chapter two in this paper. It also analyzes the main factors of the land use in this field, and the main problems have been pointed out. On the basis of analyzing the economic benefits of land use, it utilizes its influence on the decision of land use. The subjects of the decision processing have been analyzed in chapter three. It analyzes the starting policy, the characters of collective economy built up and the individual behavior of land use in rural-urban fringe.On the basis of the characters of the land use by the game theory, the model has been brought up in chapter four. The result has been analyzed and other factors have been pointed out. Contrast to the actual circumstances of Anshan, the conformity and the inconformity to the result of the model have been pointed out in chapter five. For this, the reasons have been analyzed and some valid measures and suggestions have been brought up.
