| Modern enterprise's living environment becomes gradually dynamic, is not allowed to forecast. At present when enterprise makes development strategy i s still very big uncertainty, being short of the systematic train of thought and the method of science, being apt to in a passive position and falling behind in developing ,bring about development strategy error. Under such a pre mise, fo r the purpose of optimizing strategy of enterprise development, the paper has comprehensively analyzed the making method of tradition development strategy and put forward a new method of making development strategy on account of business niche. The index of business and business niche width niche is analyzed of measurement; the angle from one dimension and many dime nsions carries out a judgment on business niche overlapping degree; fro m enterprise survival ability, Develop ability and competitiveness aspects, the system o f business niche intensity appraising-index has been designed. The paper applies fuzzy decision method making policy carrying out business niche intensit y ordering. According to the analysis to the business niche width, overlapping degree and intensity, enterprise development strategy has been separately studied, specifically for concrete analysis result different development strategy has been adopted. According to above-mentioned method, using concrete example carries out analyzing. According to the result of analyzing, the paper discusses the extensive strategy, separating strategy and the intensit y strengthens strategy of business niche. Separate strategy emphasized the significance of realizing separation in time, space and target market. Enterprise in study, and advanced in business organization study, different innovation and coordination evolution. And the concrete proble ms of enterprise have been resolved.
