In order to solve the problem of how to realize the optimization of physical distribution system based on the customer service level, this paper discusses the following questions: Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the theories and the present condition of Logistics and Supply Chain Management and analyzes the connection and differences between the two theories. Secondly, this paper systematically studies the physical distribution system and analyzes many influential factors and customer service ability of the system. Thirdly, this paper introduces the inquisition method of the business enterprise Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and investigates the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).With he implementation of he customer satisfaction strategy and the total quality management (TQM), it provides evidence with the problem of how to improve the customer service level of the physical distribution system.Finally, Depending estimate indexes related to on the uncertain factor (On the basis of total cost and service level), this paper tries to get the ideal result of VSP in using the methods of fuzzy theory and genetic algorithm for this problem under the considering of the multi indexes of logistic service so as to offer the reference to those logistics companies which pay much attention to the customers.
