Project Management Method Research Based On Value Chain

This paper deemed the process of engineering project management also was a management and operation process of creating value, in essence. In order to solve the problem how to improve the engineering project management, make the aims of project management actualize, according to the competition strategy theory of"the value chain", analyzed the engineering project management value chain process, and established the engineering project management basic value chain model. Then, established the engineering project management target complex of four attributes(cost, quality, environment, time limit), based on WBS, applied the multiattribute utility function theory to optimized it, put forward the engineering project management value chain optimized quantity method. At last, this paper summarized the applying program of project value chain analysis method.This paper applied the value chain theory in the engineering project management reality, it was helpful to develop and abundant the project management methods, and in a certain extent, consummate the technical economics theory in item.
