As the internet develops so fast, the E-commerce is more and more important in people's life. Many institutes are researching the psychology of the online consumers who show many different features compare with the offline consumers. Because the internet technology in China is not so mature like the developed countries and some research achievement of this area just looks like a baby.For many B2C websites, it is very important for them that the customers buy their products through their websites. Because there is more information online for the customers to find, it will make more cross sale through some online advertisement in the websites. At the same time if the customers enter the websites they will generate the page view for the website, which can make the website more valuable if the business operators can sell the advertising of their own websites. And the most important thing for the B2C companies, it will save much cost of their offline call center.We know the customers have the risk perceive when they buy the products they wanted. The process of online purchasing is complicated and each step will make the consumers feel some risk. This paper will research how to modify the B2C websites and let more customers to book the products online through study the booking activities of the Ctrip customers. What factors can affect the consumers to use the online or offline to book the products.
