| Henan province plays an important role in China's economy because of its large agricultural population and agricultural production. For the prosperity of Henan province, agriculture modernization is the best way and the final goal. It is indeed a significant issue but hard to realize, for there are many thorny questions and sharp contradictions for the development of its agriculture and rural economy, such as how to positively change the traditional thinking of agriculture, how to evoke the initiative and creativeness of the farmers all over the province, how to expand its agricultural items, how to operate in terms of business, how to develop sustained economy and how to accelerate its technical revolution in agriculture.Based on the contents and characteristics of agriculture modernization, the achievements and failures and the reality of the agriculture modernization in Henan province, this paper analyses more thoroughly the main problems to realize its agriculture modernization, decides on the guideline, aim, tasks, key items, and the basic developing ways and puts forward some feasible strategies and provision.This paper is done through theory analysis, case analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The collection and quotation of the references is based on the relevant theories of agriculture modernization and applied to the agriculture reality of Henan province. And thus some universal rules are induced, contributing some significance both in theory and practice to the development of agriculture modernization in Henan province. |
